What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the items you ordered, and an optional payment reference you provide.

When you join our waitlist or updates list, we collect your email address.

Your cart, wishlist and order history are stored locally in your own browser on your own device — we cannot see them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay on Razorpay's own secure payment page. Rangmitti never sees, collects or stores your card numbers, UPI PINs, bank credentials or any payment instrument details. We store only a payment reference (such as a UPI transaction ID) if you share it, to match your payment to your order.

How we use your information

To process, verify, pack, ship and support your order; to contact you about your order by email, phone or messaging; and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you about launches.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

Where it's stored and how it's protected

Order and waitlist data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) configured so it is not publicly accessible; only our order system can write to it. All traffic to rangmitti.in is encrypted (HTTPS).

Cookies and analytics

The site uses your browser's local storage for shop functionality (your cart and wishlist). We do not run advertising trackers. If we enable analytics (such as Google Analytics) in future to understand site usage, this policy will be updated.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time — email hello@rangmitti.in from the address you used, and we'll act on it.
