rangmitti.in is operated by Rangmitti, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By placing an order on this site you agree to these terms.

Products & handmade variation

Every Rangmitti piece is handmade in small batches. Colour shading, patterns and small details vary between pieces — this variation is inherent to handmade work and is not a defect. Photographs show representative pieces.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are final — there are no hidden charges. Payment is collected securely via Razorpay (UPI or cards) and confirmed instantly. If a payment cannot be matched to an order, we will contact you using the details on the order before taking any other action.

Shipping

Orders dispatch from Bangalore within 2–4 working days via India Post tracked shipping. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days within Karnataka and 4–8 days across India. Shipping charges are calculated from the items in your order and shown at checkout before payment; orders of ₹1,499 or more ship free.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Because our hampers are handmade and include edible items, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, broken or wrong, we replace it free or refund it fully — email photos to hello@rangmitti.in within 48 hours of delivery. Handmade variation is not a defect. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
