Where we ship

We ship across India. Every order is packed and dispatched by hand from our studio in Bangalore.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days of your payment being confirmed. Because each hamper is assembled by hand, this small window lets us pack it fresh and with care.

You'll receive an email as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders of ₹1,499 and above.

For orders below ₹1,499, a flat delivery charge of ₹149 applies. The exact charge is always shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden fees.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 2–8 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote pin codes can take a little longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather or festive-season volume.

Order tracking

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation. If you have any question about the status of your order, just reply to that email or message us — we'll check for you personally.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged or broken, please email photos of the item and packaging to hello@rangmitti.in within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
